MP3 trading channels are not permitted on PortalX.

PortalX only allows 3 connections from
the same hostmask. |

The official help channels - #Channels and #PortalX - are there for help and not really channels to chat in. If you are new to IRC you can join #Beginner.

Abuse of the PortalX rules may result in you being banned from a channel or a G:line set for your user@host for a specified amount of time.
